Zacharias Lawrence proudly features Russell, a seasoned CPA with extensive experience in public accounting and corporate roles. Beginning his career in 2011, Russell has worked with several large companies throughout the Tampa Bay area. However, his passion for working with small business owners motivated him to transition back into public accounting, where he feels a deeper connection to his work. Hailing from Mobile, AL, Russell served on active duty in the U.S. Air Force from 2002 to 2007. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Alabama and has completed some graduate coursework at Louisiana State University to fulfill CPA eligibility requirements. Russell currently resides in South Tampa with his wife, Julie, and their son, Brody, along with their two English Bulldogs, Cupcake and Romeo. In his free time, he enjoys watching football, golfing, boating, and volunteering with the Florida English Bulldog Rescue, reflecting his commitment to both his profession and his community.
