"Jones, Savarese, Harrington & Company LLC traces its origins back to 1981 when Steve Sager established a certified public accounting firm in downtown St. Charles, aimed at serving the communities of St. Charles, Geneva, and Batavia. With limited resources, including a borrowed computer and printer, Sager set out with a mission to address his clients' needs through a personal approach.

In 2010, the firm merged with Paul Jones & Co., CPAs, evolving into Jones, Sager & Company, LLC. Over the next decade, the firm expanded significantly in both client size and geographic reach while maintaining its commitment to excellent service. Following Steve Sager's retirement in 2016, Paul Jones focused on enhancing the firm’s staff and client relationships. In January 2020, he elevated two CPAs, Kathy Savarese and Maria Harrington, to partner status, resulting in the firm’s current name: Jones, Savarese, Harrington & Company, LLC (JSH). Today, JSH continues to uphold its dedication to personalized service and client satisfaction."
